Dripscan is an online marketplace operated by Dripscan Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By accessing or using dripscan.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or make a purchase on Dripscan. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Dripscan is available to customers in the United Kingdom and selected international regions.

Dripscan operates as a marketplace. Individual products are listed and sold by independent third-party sellers. When you place an order, you are entering into a contract with the seller, not with Dripscan directly. Dripscan facilitates the transaction, processes payment on behalf of sellers, and provides the platform infrastructure.

Dripscan takes reasonable steps to verify sellers before approval but cannot guarantee the accuracy of every product listing.

All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We accept major credit and debit cards via Stripe, and PayPal where available.

Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This is an acknowledgement of your order, not a guarantee of acceptance. Orders may be cancelled if a product is no longer available or if we identify fraudulent activity.

Your full card details are never stored on our servers. Payments are processed securely by Stripe and PayPal.

Delivery is fulfilled by individual sellers. Estimated delivery times are shown on product pages and at checkout. Dripscan is not responsible for delays caused by sellers, couriers, or circumstances outside our control.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at [email protected] and we will liaise with the seller on your behalf.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel most orders within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

To initiate a return, log in to your account, go to your order history, and submit a return request. Sellers are responsible for processing returns and refunds. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of the seller receiving the returned item.

Items must be returned in their original condition. The following are excluded unless faulty:

• Pierced jewellery for hygiene reasons
• Personalised or custom-made items
• Opened or used beauty products
• Items marked as final sale

Sellers on Dripscan agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful product listings
• Fulfil orders promptly within stated delivery timescales
• Comply with all applicable UK consumer protection regulations
• Respond to customer queries and return requests within a reasonable timeframe
• Not list counterfeit, prohibited, or dangerous goods

Dripscan reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove any seller who breaches these obligations.

All content on Dripscan, including logos, design, copy, and software, is owned by Dripscan Ltd or licensed to us, protected by UK and international intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Sellers retain ownership of their product images and descriptions but grant Dripscan a non-exclusive licence to display this content on the platform.

When you submit a review, comment, or any other content on Dripscan, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content on the platform.

You are responsible for any content you post. You must not post content that is false, defamatory, offensive, or in breach of any third-party rights. Dripscan reserves the right to remove content that violates these standards without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Dripscan's total liability to you shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Loss of profit or revenue
• Damage caused by third-party sellers
• Events beyond our reasonable control

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or via a notice on the platform. Continued use of Dripscan after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
